This is the Process West Khanacooler Top Mount Intercooler designed to keep those intake air charge temperatures low so that all of your go fast goodies in your engine bay can thrive. Once you have surpassed the power limits of your factory top mount intercooler, not only do you hinder the performance of the rest of your modifications, but you also risk heat-soaking the intercooler. Process West remedies this issue by fabricating a quality top mount intercooler that is a direct replacement of your factory top mount intercooler that is slightly larger and provides better volume and surface coverage.
Process West also includes a new splitter to accommodate this intercooler and to provide proper ducting and shrouding to suit the increased size. If you have a larger intercooler without a proper splitter designed specifically for that intercooler than you will not have any increases in ambient air flow. Additionally, Process West also includes a high-temperature resistant intercooler hose that will not break down, or expand under pressure.
Note Hardware, as well as a set of worm clamps, will be included to make this intercooler ready for installation.
