Please note, it is crucial to install upgrade pads on the rear only if the same upgrade is fitted to the front for balanced performance. The Thermic Black coating does not require removal prior to installation and will naturally wear away in the brake pad swept area after the first 10 to 20 stops. It’s important to avoid using brake cleaner or other methods to remove this coating, as such actions are not covered under EBC warranty.
