Your condenser fan is meant to come on at certain times to transfer heat out of the A/C condenser. Sometimes they can be excessively noisy or not work at all. If your air conditioning blows warm when youre stopped but cools down when youre moving, your Subaru may be suffering from a failed condenser fan motor.

IE If you install an STi block in a WRX at your friends shop, do not expect a warranty claim to come through if it explodes! Please use your best judgement.
